For returns, please follow the follow steps to return your item(s):

Step 1: Please start by sending an email to let us know that you would like to return the item. Please wait for an approval, before preceding to the next steps.

Step 2: Upon being approved and directed to return the item(s), proceed by carefully packaging your item(s). You may use whichever carrier of your choice to make your return. The return address is located at the bottom of this page.

Step 3: Make sure that you write down or take a photo of the tracking number on your package. Email us the tracking number, and let us know that you have shipped your return.

Step 4: We will confirm when we have received your package, and we will issue your refund if your item(s) fit the state criteria for being eligible for return. Simple!
