Although we are sure that you will love the items that we have here at Cerise Vanite, should you decide to return the item(s), we have a convenient return system. Returns will be credited to you as an eGift Card, that can be used on CeriseVanite.com, in the amount of the returned merchandise. All items are quality checked before being shipped out. For an item that you purchased to be eligible for return, it must be unworn, unwashed, have no tears/holes, have no odor, no deodorant stains, no makeup stains, or any other stains, and any tags that came on it must still be attached. Bodysuits, swimwear, intimate wear, masks, cosmetics, and clearance items are not eligible for return, regardless of the condition of the item(s). You may request to return your item within 10 days from the date that you receive your item(s). There are no exceptions to this return policy. Shipping and handling fees to return an item(s) are the responsibility of the buyer. Any items not received by us or received back damaged, if not originally damage upon receiving, will not be eligible to be returned. For any items sent back that do not fit our criteria to be eligible for a return, the items will not be refunded and can be returned to the buyer at the expense of the buyer. We do not offer exchanges at this time.
